Bamboo Handle Wicker Bag / Carmel

I saw a close facsimile of this tote on a woman in a retail store a few months ago. I loved the design and the fact that it was not too overbearing on a small woman. She said she purchased it in a boutique in PA and let me take a picture of it. I went home and searched the internet and found it on your website. the handles are a bit different, (not bamboo), but the rest is the same. Received a few compliments. One came from the sales associate at BBrothers who said it was adorable. It is.
I gave it four stars for this reason: the leather is stiff on the bottom of the tote and curls under when in a resting position. The drawstring insert that hold purse items did not work for me at all. It is of poor quality especially for a $200 price tag. I know it was provided because the tote is see-through, but I tried putting my belongings in it, and it was too awkward and clumsy to fish them out, so I wound up not using it at all.
My suggestion would be to redesign the inside insert perhaps making it a permanent insert. Redesign the bottom of the tote so it lays flat to a surface and give it four feet. I just hope the straw holds up over time. It seems sturdy and the carmel leather is such a nice color.
I bought it at the end of the season, so I hope to make good use out of this tote next season!
